What to include in your message

  • The email address on your Starboard account
  • The device, OS, and (if on web) browser you're using - e.g. iPhone 15 / iOS 18, Pixel 8 / Android 14, or Chrome on macOS
  • Where you bought your subscription, if it's a billing question (App Store, Google Play, or our website)
  • A short description of what you were trying to do
  • What happened instead, plus a screenshot or screen recording if you have one

Common questions

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are always managed wherever you originally bought them. The quickest way is to open Starboard, go to Account → Billing, and use the manage button shown there - it'll send you to the right place. If you'd rather go direct:

  • App Store (iPhone / iPad / Mac): open the App Store, tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions. Or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
  • Google Play (Android): open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Or visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
  • Web (starboardmanifest.com): sign in and open Account → Billing, then click Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal.

I didn't get my Pro features after paying. What now?

In most cases, signing out and back in restores Pro within a few seconds. If it doesn't, email captain@starboardmanifest.com with the email on your account and a screenshot of the receipt - we'll restore access manually.

I'm not getting daily reminders.

Make sure notifications are allowed for Starboard at the OS or browser level (iOS Settings → Notifications, Android Settings → Apps → Notifications, or your browser's site-permissions panel for the web app), and that the reminder times in Account → Notifications are set. On web, you'll also want Starboard installed as a PWA and the browser allowed to send notifications. If everything's enabled but reminders still aren't arriving, send us the details above and we'll investigate.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Starboard on any platform and go to Account → Settings → Delete Account, or email us from the address on your account and we'll handle it for you.

I want a refund.
